Instructions to Register (Create a Login)
How to Register
- Click on Web Pay Portal link above
- Register
- Username, Email and Password
- Utility Statement
- ACCOUNT NUMBER TWO TIMES; for both the Account Number AND Service Location (7 digit number)
- Register
Log in using the username & password you just created
- Pay Your Bill (no fees)
- Set-up Autopay (debit/credit card)
- View & Print Utility Statements and Payment History
